The annual DUG Symposium is a full-day convening for Garden Leaders and Tree Keepers, including presentations, workshops, a panel discussion, breakout sessions, access to free seeds, giveaways, and more. We cannot pull off this important day off without the support of volunteers, and we'd love to have you there!
Volunteers will help with one or more of the following areas:
- Check-in and greeting registered attendees
- Food and beverage setup and cleanup (buffet-style, no table service)
- Distributing free seeds
- Presenter support (eg. handing out materials, tech support, note taking)
- Setup, rearrangement, and cleanup of the space (including furniture and signage)
- Other last minute requests!
All shifts will receive a meal/snacks. There will be periods of high activity and also rest. You are invited to participate in the sessions or bring your own activities for during the breaks.
