Join DUG’s educational team for hands-on support at Learn Local Herbs: Early Summer Urban Plant Walk, a part of the Urban Herbalism series. The workshop begins promptly at 6:00pm, but please arrive half an hour early at 5:30pm to assist with set up.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Photography support
- Gathering attendees
- Any other needs during the workshop
- Check out/assisting with exit surveys
You will also have the opportunity to sit in during the workshop and learn the content while offering your support. Once the workshop is concluded at 8pm, you will support with clean up and any "check out" processes. Clean up/check should take 30 minutes, and your volunteer shift will end at 8:30pm. Please note the workshop will be held at the Big Garden in Washington Park.
