Hello! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Denver Urban Gardens. During the volunteer workday we will be cleaning up plots, planting cover crops, and getting the garden ready for winter.
Please wear:
- Closed toed shoes
- Clothes you don't mind getting dirty
- Layers/sun protection
Please bring:
- Gardening gloves
- Reusable water bottle
We will have extra water on site and we will provide refreshments near the end of the workday (current plan is a breakfast casserole, coffee cake, and fruit). Please bring any garden rakes, shovels, and weeders you may have. We will have blue tape and markers for you to put your initials on your tools so they don't get lost in the shuffle. We appreciate your help getting the Stober Community Garden ready for the winter!
