Join the DUG field operations team in a workshop and volunteer opportunity in tool cleaning and sharpening. This mid year project will help us in our safety and success for the remainder of the season! This opportunity will take place in the DUG workshop, which is in the parking lot of the Posner Center for International Development.
What to bring:
- Reusable water bottle
- Gloves (if you have some, if not we’ll provide them)
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
What to wear:
- Clothes you don't mind getting dirty!
- Closed-toe shoes
- Sun protection: Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen etc.
- Layers, layers, layers!
DUG will provide:
- Materials, tools, and instructions
- Snacks
- Music
- Garden education materials
