Grow a Garden is DUG's largest food access program, distributing gardening supplies at community centers all across Denver. Help us care for plants, organize kits, and distribute supplies for food production. For this shift, you'll be asked to attend to a pick-up area where families can collect their kits. You'll need to check the order roster, collect the right plants, and give out DUG's printed educational materials. With your help, families in Denver will grow thousands of pounds of fresh, local food this season!
Note: please bring water, wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (wear a DUG shirt if you have one), and bring an activity like a book if the shift is slow.
