Help keep Gather 'Round running smoothly throughout the evening! Event Support Volunteers assist with guest experience, activity stations, and behind-the-scenes logistics before helping with event breakdown and cleanup at the end of the night.
Possible Responsibilities
You will be assigned tasks day-of based on need and capacity, which may include the following:
- Welcome and escort guests as needed.
- Support activity stations, vendors, and event staff.
- Replenish supplies and help keep event spaces organized.
- Take photos of guests at their tables or the photobooth.
- Assist with light cleanup during the event.
- Help break down tables, décor, signage, and supplies after the event concludes.
Qualifications
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying event supplies as needed.
Extras
- Wear all black clothing and comofrtable shoes
- Must be 21+
- Volunteers will receive a meal at the beginning of their shift (must arrive before 5pm)
