Be part of transforming our venue before guests arrive! Event Setup Volunteers help create a welcoming and beautiful space for Gather 'Round by assisting with décor, vendor setup, tables, signage, and final event preparations.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and décor.
- Assist vendors and event partners with unloading and setup.
- Place signage and directional materials throughout the venue.
- Prepare registration, auction, and activity areas.
- Help with other setup tasks as directed by event staff.
Qualifications
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
