Help us prepare for Denver Urban Gardens' biggest fundraising event of the year! During the week leading up to Gather 'Round, volunteers will assist the marketing and events team with behind-the-scenes tasks that ensure everything is ready for a successful evening.
Responsibilities
- Assemble event materials and signage.
- Organize guest materials, auction items, and supplies.
- Assist with printing, cutting, and preparing event collateral.
- Pack and organize materials for event day.
- Support other event preparation tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with light lifting and repetitive tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
