Join DUG’s education team for hands-on support at Building Healthy Soils workshop in our Compost series. The workshop begins promptly at 9:00am, but please arrive 60 min early at 8:00am at the Posner Center for International Development to car-pool with our DUG Staff to the site.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Checking in attendees & welcoming guests
- Supporting guests with parking, access to the building
- Facilitator assistance (eg. handing out materials)
- Photography
- Assisting with exit surveys
You will also have the opportunity to participate in the workshop and learn the content while offering your support. Once the workshop is concluded at 11:00am, you will support with clean up and any "check out" processes. Check out should take ~15 minutes, and your volunteer shift will end no later than 11:30am. We will return to the Posner Center after the workshop.
Please note this workshop will be held at the Vida Building on CSU SPUR campus. Meet at the Posner Center (1031 33rd Street, Denver CO) at 8am to carpool to the site.
