Garden Closing Workday at Stober Community Garden
Saturday, October 4th, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. MST
Come and get your hands dirty and enjoy the outdoors helping at the Stober Community Garden!
Tasks include cleaning up plots, planting cover crops, and getting the garden ready for winter.
Please wear closed-toed shoes, clothes you don't mind getting dirty, sunscreen, a hat and bring gloves and water in your own water bottle. We will have extra water on site and we will provide refreshments near the end of the workday (current plan is a breakfast casserole, coffee cake, and fruit). Please bring any garden rakes, shovels, and weeders you may have. We will have blue tape and markers for you to put your initials on your tools so they don't get lost in the shuffle.
