Our regularly scheduled workdays at Hinkley High School Community Garden. These events are for gardeners and interested volunteers to help out in common projects and improvements, contribute towards regular upkeep and maintenance like weeding and repairs, and to get together with your fellow gardeners!
Most community workdays will have specific projects we can all work on. These projects will be communicated ahead of time per-event, but you can always reach out to garden leaders by email [ hinkleyhighschoolcommunitygarden@dug.org ] to ask for details.
For each workday, consider bringing gloves, a hat, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and definitely ways to stay hydrated! We strongly encourage you bring your reusable water bottle or mug to help cut down on waste.
