Hello! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Denver Urban Gardens! During the workday we will be finishing the pathways through the food forest, and doing some general maintenance. Tasks may include moving crusher fine with wheelbarrows, smoothing pathways with rakes, building pathway borders and weeding.
Please wear:
- Closed toe shoes
- Clothes you don't mind getting dirty
- Layers/sun protection
Please bring:
- Reusable water bottle
- Gardening gloves
DUG will provide light snacks, a water jug and all the necessary tools and supplies. Please arrive with ample time to find parking and the food forest, we will begin promptly at 9:00am. We can't wait to see you there!
