Hello! We are looking for volunteers to help with set up for our fundraising gala, Gather 'Round at ReelWorks Denver. During the shift before the event, we may ask volunteers to help with:
- Setting up tables and the event space.
- Transporting items from our office to the event space.
- Supporting the caterer, musicians and other guests with their set up.
Please arrive at ReelWorks with ample time to find parking. We will begin our orientation/check in process promptly at 11:30. As an extra thank you to our volunteers, everyone will be given a free lunch. We can't wait to see you there!
