Volunteer: Workday at Greenway GardenGreenway Garden is now open for the season! We received a big load of compost this week and we needs some support to get it off the street and into our garden beds! We'll use buckets and wheelbarrows to carry compost into the garden. Involves light lifting and physical work. Other Tasks: weeding garden beds, turning soil, compost area prep. Be prepared to work outdoors. Wear sun protection and appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes. Bring drinking water (personal bottle) and anything you need to be comfortable. Safety orientation will begin at 2:00pm.
