Volunteer: Apr 22 - Zero Waste Kitchen Workshop SupportJoin DUG’s educational team to support our Zero Waste Kitchen Practices workshop, a part of the Sustainability series for Earth Day. The workshop begins promptly at 6:00pm, but please arrive early at 4:30 PM to assist with set up. This workshop will be held at the Posner Center for International Development. Your responsibilities may include: Set up/clean up Checking in attendees Photographing the workshopGuest engagement and activity supportSupporting instructor in the kitchenFood prep - washing and cutting vegetablesWashing dishes and cleaning the kitchenSurvey support You will also have the opportunity to sit in during the workshop and learn the content while offering your support. Once the workshop is concluded at 8:00pm, you will support with kitchen clean up and any "check out" processes. Clean up/check out should take less than an hour, and your volunteer shift will end by 9:00pm.
